TextCraft PDF was born out of a simple frustration — converting text to PDF shouldn't require bloated apps, forced sign-ups, or subscriptions. We built a tool that works entirely in your browser, respects your privacy, and just gets out of the way.
No loading screens, no server round-trips. Everything runs in your browser the moment you open the page.
Your text never leaves your device. We don't store, log, or transmit any content you type or paste.
We ship updates based on real user feedback. The cleaner, font options, and multi-page support all came from you.
Our Story
It started in 2022 as an internal utility inside a small design studio. A team member needed to quickly convert client-supplied text into clean, presentable PDFs without wrestling with Word or InDesign. Two evenings later, a rough prototype existed. By 2023 it was shared publicly — and users from over 50 countries tried it within the first week.
Today TextCraft PDF is maintained by a small, focused team committed to one thing: making the experience of creating a clean PDF feel effortless and private.

TextCraft PDF ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our text-to-PDF conversion tool. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and what little we do collect is never sold or shared.

TextCraft PDF does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use a single session cookie strictly necessary for the tool to function. No third-party advertising networks are used on this site.
The PDF generation uses the open-source jsPDF library, which runs entirely in your browser. No data is sent to jsPDF servers. We use Google Fonts for typography, which may result in a request to Google's servers to load font files. Please review Google's privacy policy if this concerns you.
Since we do not collect your content, there is nothing to retain or delete. Aggregated analytics data, if collected, is retained for up to 12 months and then permanently deleted.
TextCraft PDF is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

TextCraft PDF provides a free, browser-based tool that converts plain text into PDF documents. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal and commercial use. All processing occurs locally in your browser; no content is uploaded to our servers.

The Service uses open-source libraries including jsPDF (MIT Licence) and Google Fonts. Use of these libraries is subject to their respective licences and terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
